Why don’t you just find out who the previous owner was and contact them to find out. I have done that numerous times in the past on my previous vehicles and sometimes to my surprise they had extra stuff for the vehicle that they never gave to the dealer. I bought my existing 2017 SCREW used and the previous owner put a little over 20K in aftermarket accessories, I even found out what company installed the accessories and was able to get the Warn winch warranty repaired as a result. That's my guess as well, probably the only thing he wanted to carry over to the BMW. That cutout looks like it's about the size of a display for a $4k Radenso radar detector.

Thanks guys FOR ALL EFFORT. The original owner did everything top notch. Put a 3k winch never used it and other toys. Under the truck was so clean no rub if any off.road. so yea I could see the original owner having a 4k radar detector since he had a cobb. It drives really nice. Thanks

Thank and great idea but have no.idea on how to find out. I did slip my sales guy a fair tip of 100bucks after the deal( it was not like I got a.steal on the truck paid fair price) because he got the dealership to buy a new cobb access port since the original was lost and a raptor key was lost so they provided those items and I did tell him as I handed it please find out what that hole.is ?? Lol. he never found out stated owner never return call. Once these sales guys make a sale they don't care some.of the. I did try

Man good find I am.gonna order those just to.see. that would make.sense but I can not imagine why anyone would use those with all of the overhead switches. ..right.now the overhead switches are wired for ridgid white led and another switch is for yellow winch leds.. the winch to.power u gotta get under bumper flip a ppwer switch the. Use the wireless remote. .. I would of thought the winch power switch would b overhead. ..

They obviously make various size mounting brackets, some are even modular. You'd need a set of ends and a middle portion.

it already arrived- gotta do some mild cutting to the existing hole.. make it uglier than it is.. waiting for a tool to arrive.. thanks!

Dang I'd love to have a winch on mine but the cascading mods it would require (FMC, relocating the SCC, etc) makes it a hard "no" for me.

Yea.. i have no use for it, but looks cool.. i did play little with it and researched on how it was installed.. apparently its a kit called hidden winch .. they had to do some modding to get it right, but looks pretty clean inside with a remote control.... there are not marks on the winchs clamp or whatever its called so looks new.. when i was searching for a used raptor when i saw this one with all these upgrades and it drove the best out of all of them( which surprised me for having 37) i went for it..
