To everyone waiting on the paddle shifters. I’ve sourced everything to start putting these together except one piece. I’m having a hell of a time finding the correct pins for the back of the SCCM. On the prototype I modified some different pins to make them work, but I’d really like to find the correct pins for the kits. If anyone knows where these pins can be easily found please let me know.

The harness where the new pins from the paddle shifter harness will go.

The pins I modified to work on the prototype harness. Note the missing chunk of the retainer clip. This was necessary because of the modified pins I made. These are the location of the pins I’m in search of. Most of the pins on Ford interior harness are a standard small square in shape. These however are similar but more of a rectangle.

Cool mod! Keep us updated. Are you having to swap out the whole steering wheel?
Nope, the way I have this designed the switches attach directly to the factory steering wheel via one bolt per switch. You do have to remove the steering wheel from the truck to mount them though, but that’s pretty quick and easy to do.

Where do the actual paddles come from?

The paddle shifters I used are from BMW. I modified the pivot system as well as the circuit boards in them. I chose them because of the way they mount it doesn’t require extra machining of the base(steering wheel). As well they match the factory interior perfectly.
