If you opt for the 37s, there is no Pano Sunroof option. Makes it easier to decide.

Ford is really ******* us on the option packages. You can't get a tailgate step without getting the $1995 power pack. On the 800a you don't get do the applique delete without going to the 801a. I found several other quirks like this. We already knew about the Recaro and CF mandatory with the 37 package. To build the truck I have now is right at $75k, my MSRP was $65k. To build a 801a with 37's I am at $84k. I love the Raptor but it is not an $84k truck. Betting that the "R" will be in the $125k+ range.

This is where I am at as well. With the bead locks on the 35s, adding in carbon fiber and raptor graphics (all are included in 37 package) we are really talking about a difference of about $4K. Now add the cost to replace the 37s vs. replacing 35s, and I am really starting to think that 35 is the way to go here. Don't get me wrong, the 37s are nice, but not worth the extra cash in my opinion.

After 15 months of emails telling me that I'd get my 21 at MSRP as a return customer, Norris Ford in Baltimore, MD has suddenly changed their tune and now says there will be a markup. I shouldn't be surprised but...I'm surprised. Maybe it's just best for me to wait for the R since this the engine is unchanged from the Gen2.

TRX? S580? If I'm going to pay more, I want to get more. Not just fund their ****** Christmas party.

Why not go to another dealer at MSRP and take your business elsewhere. Buying a Raptor R from them is going to come with more markup. No way dealers that do ADM on 21s don't do the same on the Raptor R. Only it will be worse.
