All black leather no alcantara. That shit does not wear well.

You are so wrong. You may have experience with Alcantara in some other car but not the Raptor. The stuff they put in there is bullet proof. I know people that have had more problems with their Raptor seat leather than the Alcantara. All Alcantara isn't the same.

I voted "don't want", but maybe should have been "don't know" since I've never gotten a chance to sit on the Recaros because none of the dealers around here ordered any. I definitely don't want the **** blue interior.

I had Alcantara in my '01 Cobra. It was ok, but just a little harder to maintain, and I'd have preferred 100% leather as I think it looks better. I eventually solved my Alcantara "problem" in the Cobra about 10 years ago by replacing them with 100% leather Recaro seats and am still enjoying my upgrade to this day.

I’ve been following and participating in car/truck forums since early 2000, which led to my having ordered a 2001 Ford F150 Super Crew with the 5.4-liter V-8 and Off-Road Package (before it was called FX4). Since that time, I have seen the impact an automobile forum, and its participants, can have on new and updated models. My hope is that this thread will have that type of influence on Ford Performance and Ford Motor Company before the official release of the 3rd Generation Ford Raptor.

There are many unknowns surrounding the packages and options that will be available on the upcoming 2021/2022 Ford Raptor. It seems that the 37” tire package may be bundled with blue Recaro seats. While I really like blue (my 2019 Raptor is Velocity Blue), I’d much prefer the option of having black Recaro seats, or even the option of ordering the 37” tire package without having to get Recaro seats at all.

I’ve commented on another thread that the upcoming Bronco allows us to order the Sasquatch Package with 35” tires and some suspension upgrades on the base package. To me it makes sense to be able to order similarly with the 3rd Generation Raptor by allowing buyers to order a base Raptor with the 37” package with or without Recaros. Or at the very least, it would be much appreciated if enthusiasts could choose between black or blue Recaros.

I’m considering ordering a Molten Orange Raptor, and I really don’t want blue seats with it. Black Recaros would be awesome, but I still wish the choice were mine to make. Let’s call this the Raptor Recaro Opinion Poll and let’s see if has an impact? I can remember when my 2014 Raptor was on order, Ford’s SVT had an active representative on this forum who would help with build updates, warranty issues, etc. Here we are, seven years later amid social media frenzy; and Ford Performance doesn’t have a known presence in this forum?

Participate in this thread and let Ford Performance know what you want!

great idea. Why on earth would they allow the color blind marketing director to pick the interior color for the recaros Black interior is a must with the launch color code orange. I would want it with orange piping and I would call it a day. To get the code orange, you are forced to do the 35” wheels with the all black regular interior.

I want blue Recaros with my 35" tires on a Gen 2 SCAB! Wait, I already have them. :)

I hear ya. I have and prefer the Screw, but I can appreciate why some prefer the Scab. I think a base Scab with a V-8, 37s and Recaro would be pretty popular for the most serious off roaders. I have to admit I like all of the extras, but can take or leave the moonroof.

I test drove the one with the Recaro seats. I thought they made the truck look nicer (higher end) inside but felt like they were too grippy. I felt like my shirt was getting caught on them...probably could have gotten use to it with more than a 10 minute ride.
They did look nice though.

I have a 19 with the Recaro’s and LOVE the seats. One of the best features imo. They are just the right amount of firm and supportive.

only 18k miles but they still look new.

I would buy again but hate the blue in the rest of the interior. I would put up with the interior for the seats though.
