Another thing I noticed a little too congested is the steering wheel buttons placement, all the buttons jammed into a less desirable array, placement on gen2 is cleaner and balanced. They just took the 2021 F150 steering and sliced it into more buttons to accommodate the features, looks like a calculator (to me). With so many features a raptor only steering wheel should have been made with RAPTOR in the middle..perhaps for Gen4 ford if you are listening..please get rid of cheap chrome like accents on interior trims so 1960

Since they felt the need to put 50 buttons on the steering wheel, why did they not see the need to add the steering wheel heater button there as well? Am I the only one that thinks it’s one of the very few buttons that actually belongs on the steering wheel? Cruise control, modes, heat. Get rid of all the other shit on there.

My wife’s Colorado ZR2 has the heated steering wheel button on the steering wheel and it’s perfect. It’s right by the left thumb. At least the 3rd Gen Raptor gets a hard button on the dash for the heated steering wheel. I’ll call that a compromise.

My wife’s Audi also has a programmable button on the steering wheel that’s pretty useful. I programmed the garage door opener to it since her garage door opener is on a computer screen and doesn’t have a hard button.

Ford was clearly rushing this out, didn't have time to think where to place buttons. Well 2024 should be gen4 given how gen2 only lasted 3 years.

A raptor specific steering wheel is not too much to ask, when gen1 and gen2 was out there was no competition for this market, things have changed now every manufacturer wants to make an off-road truck. Ford needs to up their game more than ever to continue as king in this segment

I’ll forgive the steering wheel if we can get 37” tires, a supercharged V8, and something other than the godawful blue seats.
