Wondering on the long term reliability of the 6.6l supercharged engine offered by Livernois.

I have never heard anything negative from this company. Only positive and happy customers. It would be my first choice for a new motor. Depending on what you plan on doing with it will depend on its durability. If you plan on racing it or putting paddle tires on the back and working it hard, expect repairs, if you're just smashing the pedal to scare chevy's on the highway, it will probably be very reliable.

Reliability is relative when you start increasing output and pushing components hard.

Additionally, a built engine like the Livernois likely uses 2618 alloy forged pistons, different style rings and larger end gaps, as well as larger bearing clearances for the expected power output, which even though these things won't cause a catastrophic failure, it does increase the rate at which everything wears, shortening refresh/rebuild intervals. So don't expect it to go 200-300k miles like an OEM motor would.

What's the damage on one of those motors? Like, can you bring them a Raptor and have them rebuild the motor? I often fantasize about what I might do if one day my motor takes a digger. Nice to know the options.

Completely new engine is 20k. Don't think it includes install but I'm too poor to even read all of the description lol

Not sure if you send them one to be rebuilt.
