Anyone get this code? Popped up twice on me, but only when in AZ backing down a launch ramp it seems. Never gotten it otherwise. Usually clears after a few key cycles... I didnt find a single post on here about this one, which was very surprising for one of two reasons: Nobody has posted about this issue, or I can't search. Neither seem believable, but here we are...

Anybody run into this one?

The search feature built into this forum is not the best with pulling older threads.
I didn't read through it but I found one, I'm sure there's more with PO454 included.

Thanks for the help. Can you tell me what exactly I'm doing wrong on the search?

The thread looks to be about other codes, but it reminded me that my truck will occasionally leak fuel when I fill up the tank. As in the nozzle shutoff kicks it off, and then all of a sudden a bit of fuel ends up spilling out. I may have to look into the fuel filler to see what the issue might be and see if it's related.

I had found that webpage you linked as well, but it didnt give me the magic link to the definitive part number or youtube mechanic fix-it video I was hoping for.

You're doing nothing wrong, it's just sometimes the search tab on the forum does give all the results dating back to the beginning of the forum.

From reading a little bit from autocodes.com it seems more of electrical issue,
I guess you're going to have inspect all the connections related to it.
I never got that code so I don't know much about going about tracing it down.

I got a P0456 EVAP small leak code. Probably similar. Its either the capless fuel seal or the canister purge valve. I bought a new cpv, 10 minute install. CEL gone. But I was getting start up issues when refueling which was a telltale sign of the cpv going out.

When your searching for something really specific google works best, try this:

pressure system intermittent site:www.fordraptorforum.com/

If you want to make it more specific to your vehicle you can add +2013

That + symbol will tell google it must contain the year 2013 limit it to gen 1.

Since there isn't a lot on this forum just expand the search to global and use f150, then end the search with the word forum

pressure system intermittent +f150 +2013 +forum

First post on that search returned a fix https://www.f150forum.com/f38/intermittent-oil-pressure-2012-platinum-ecoboost-337562/

Strengthen your googleFu!

I appreciate the assistance, and I'll try some of those combos, but that's an oil pressure issue, not the evap system issue. I've googled a lot of different combinations of things as well and haven't had any luck, hence me coming here to search.
