I'm not sure what tailgate strip it is. It was on there when I got it. I just wired it correctly.

Jeff at SVC is shipping me the Track bars, Shackles and ABS with kings bumps.

I'll probably level it by moving the perch on the stock fronts for now.

I'm going order carbon fenders and bedsides from Fiberwerx soon and drive down to pick them up when ready.

I'll be doing the torsen front diff upgrade the same time as the midtravel.

The goal is to do all the Cali goodies before I move to Texas then do the Texas rules engine build.

I was Army Aviation and my last deployment was CA NG with these guy's I'm damn proud of.

Honeslty don't the spend the money on the front torsen unless you're going to be doing some fairly serious crawling/deep mudding. The truck will go A LOT of places it barely has clearance for with just 4wd and the rear locked.

For crawling or mud I'd do an ARB.

A used 12 & up front 8.8 with the Torsen isn't too much money. Really easy to do when the front is already apart too.

HAHAHAHAHA

You made me go learn something about my truck by saying "12 & up"... I thought the torsen was '13+. Did some googling, 12+ it was standard. Went and looked at my window sticker... Sho nuff... "Torsen front axle" under functional.

So I will definitely rescind that comment and say, get a torsen. Because of exactly what I said not knowing it has a torsen front- "The truck will go A LOT of places it barely has clearance for" :hahano::hahano::hahano::hahano::hahano::hahano::hahano::hahano::hahano:

Look forward to having another fellow Veteran brother/Raptor driver in the Lone Star State!

I know different West Pointers, I was a MP there when 911 happened. I know some different US Army Helicopter pilots, The MP thing sucked so I went CH47 Chinook switched to 15U and added 15T (Crack-Hawk) as second. I know some different fighter pilots (LM Palmdale) and I know a real deal SEAL I grew up K-12 with. They all have moved to TX.

I'll probably be found in the truck on a gulf coast beach playing Jimmy Buffet on the stereo and fishing.

The frame is actually in pretty good shape. Just light rust at lower side welds, really light.

I'll clean off the rust from the belly of the bed while everything is drooped down out of my way.

Supported on a jack and pulling the U bolts made the leaf spring bolts easy. The cordless sawzall was needed at the front driver's side bolt.

3M disks and going to town.

The diff cast area is white/grey because of the rust dissolver I still need to rinse off. I'm going to do a diff cover later but want to refinish anything that is staying.

Remodeling the house at the same time as the truck and the garage is too short to jack that high.

The 2.5-inch bumps are backorder right now. I also have SVC track bars.

The rear shocks are going to be 3.5" x 18" 5 tube Kings.

I picked up the parts to convert the purple Pitsburg to a pro-eagle lift plate, also the extension mount bracket and the 15-inch extension.

I found Hella replacement HID lens/reflector modules at Summit and I have a set of ballasts and bulbs. I'll need to do some fab work to get them to drop into the hella halogen light bodies but it's doable.

So quad hella HID Rallye series... Brightness with a long bomb throw with just two was awesome. The all-metal Rallyes have two extra smaller holes on either side of the mounting stud so you can put anti-rotation pins on your tabs. I'm doing that too.

I'll probably do some LED cube ditch lights later.
