Hey guys looking to do a single light setup on my fat bike using a squadron pro and a Milwaukee 18v fuel batter for power, but I'm not sure if you have a wiring harness or a mount that will work. I would like to mount both the light and the switch to the bars. Mtb bars come in 31.8mm and 35mm at the stem and are either straight in the case of 31.8mm bars or taper to 31.8mm for 35mm bars.

That's an interesting project. Maybe 12volt would be easier. Milwaukee makes a USB power source. 12v battery will be lighter and easier to mount/hide.

I'm no expert, just throwing ideas out there. Great to see another Canuck on FRF.

I use the Lupine SL AF 7 for my fat bike. Well worth the investment to be seen and also not blind oncoming vehicles. Excellent setup.

I have a glo worm that I've been running but looking for more light when trail running at speed in the dark as it will be sun down just after 1400 soon enough. I also have a Bontrager ion pro headlight/taillight combo thats great for road or road adjacent riding.

The Lupine SL AF 7 is the only headlight approved for street use in Germany. After learning about it I decided to go that route and am glad I did. It’s aspherical like high end vehicle headlamps and you can fine adjust the beam. Great on trails as well. I am fortunate to have some amazing trails a mile Ann’s a half from my house but it’s off of a busy county road and we’ve had two cyclists die in the area this year (one my neighbor, and the other this past Sunday). Horrible stuff and even though I don’t ride on the road much, I want to see and be seen when I do. I also looked at Glo Worm lights and they are nice as well. The pic below has the light in a halo mode which is kind of cool.

Hey there -

This isn't really something we offer a kit for. Totally a custom deal, but I'll give you what I can provide below.

Below are the closest mounts that we have, but you are right in between them.

Certainly you can source a better sized tube clamp for your application. As long as it has a hole for our provided 3/8"s bolt, you are good to go.

As for power, there are many many solutions out there. You can chop our Weather-pack connector off and use whichever you prefer, or mate the opposite end weatherpack that we provide.
