I have a bluetooth OBD2 adaptor but I have not dove into forscan yet. Where would I start for that, is there an iOS or Mac app I can use or would I need a special adaptor to access the software?

I've got the 802A with Tech package and everything else, cup holders illuminate, but the gear selector does not illuminate, is this standard on Raptors? 2019 platinum gear selector did illuminate fwiw

There was a running change in production that eliminated the illumination on the gear position indicator. It was redundant, since the shift position is provided in the Instrument Cluster. Vehicles build after 17-Jan-2018 do not have the illuminated gear position indicator.

I got the ForScan iOS app and ran the BCM self test. It returned DTC codes B143B and B143C: "Autolamp On Input" and "Headlamp Off Input" respectively. Both say "Additional Fault Symptom: - Circuit Short to Ground." Any clue if this could be related to the ambient lights? Any idea what next steps I should take or any other Forscan tests I can run?

Had the same codes.

took center console apart and some coffee had gotten on the led and shorted it out..... cleaned the circuit board and back to working
How difficult was it to pull apart the center console? Where should I start with pulling trim?

Problem solved! I took your advice and checked the LED connections under the cup holders. Lo and behold, both LED lights and housings were corroded to shit, I assume from a spilled drink somewhere in the 37K miles that were driven before I bought the truck used (see pictures below). After cleaning both circuit boards thoroughly with a mixture of water and baking soda (disconnected the battery first), I turned the truck back on and it must’ve been enough to remove the short in the BCM loop because everything came back on and started working like normal again! I noticed one LED had stopped working, but after reassembling, it must’ve been burnt out when I bought the truck used because everything looked as it did before. The good news is if I ever want to fix it down the road, it’s a small wire harness that can be replaced, although I cannot find it at a dealer if anyone knows how to get this part (see part number below).

Thank you for the help, easily saved myself ~$400 in dealer repairs for a job that took about an hour and a half to do myself!
