Just a thought. I only had my Raptor a week and I experienced that. Here I had left my windows open for some time in the evening. Closed everything up for the night and went to bed. The alarm was tripped several time throughout the night until I disarmed it. Next morning I went to investigate. Turned out to be two moths were trapped in the car and apparently were tripping the motion sensor when they were flying around the sunroof area. Right where the sensors are.

wow. now heres a thread revival. the gen 2s do have a motion sensor and its not the first time i have heard of this

An interesting story. My alarm has been fine since day 1. No issues. I was visiting a friend in Montana last week and while my truck was parked in his driveway, my alarm went off. Went outside and there was absolutely nothing going one as he lives out in the sticks. Figured a critter must have jumped on my truck and set off the alarm. About 5 mins later, it went off again. Went outside and nothing again. No more activations that night. The next morning my buddy and I got in the truck to go to breakfast and there was a big ass fly buzzing around the inside of the windshield. I figured the fly was setting off the internal motion sensors and triggering the false alarms.

in short, make sure there are no flying bugs inside your truck setting off the alarm.
