Have you done fuse 27 relocation? If you have Torque app log fuel pressure, see what its doing.

I’m very confused at how loss of power would come from fuse 27.

fuse 27 is your fuel pump. As far as I’m aware, (and I know from first hand experience) your truck simply will not turn over if fuse 27 is blown. I didn’t have any loss of power when mine went. It simply wouldn’t start.

loss of power seems like the fuel pump itself rather than the fuse or possibly the throttle body.

fuse 27 is your fuel pump. As far as I’m aware, (and I know from first hand experience) your truck simply will not turn over if fuse 27 is blown. I didn’t have any loss of power when mine went. It simply wouldn’t start.

The issue is the Battery Junction Box (BJB), not the fuse itself. The fuse location in the BJB wasn’t robust enough to handle the fuel pump draw, which was the result of the supplier (Yazaki, Japan) not meeting Ford engineering spec. The fuse overheats and can melt, resulting in high resistance or an intermittent open, which causes driveability concerns.

Yeah I get that. But how does that translate to loss of power at random times?
