Hi there,

Just got Eibach springs and +3 Deavers on my 2018 Screw.

Just wanted to share my experience for anyone considering but worried about daily ride. For me, the ride quality on street improved quite a bit. Like many have said, the truck feels much more planted and stable. Hard to described but the truck immediately felt more sturdy / weighted when driving down the street (if that makes any sense). Zero brake dive, which I now realize was quite significant before. The added height / level stance is also super nice. I didn’t realize how much it would change the overall look of the truck but it looks great. Additionally, I added some fifteen 52, turbomac HD’s.

Question for those who have Eibach’s- when going over a speed bump, before I would drive straight through at speed. Stock Suspension was obviously soft and would soak up without much noise/drama. Now, with the Eibachs when driving over speed bumps at speed, I noticed it soaks up the bump the same on the uptake (tad bit stiffer which is expected) but on the rebound as the suspension extends back down I hear an audible THUNK! Is that normal? Just a new noise that’s all, hence curious if other have experienced.

is it possible that that with the added height of the spring- and the stiffer spring that the shocks are topping on out on rebound?

Looks good.

yes... should be torqued at ride height, with weight on the suspension as well.. there's a procedure for torquing that bolt and its actually supposed to be replaced but many dont, including me.

basically, loosen the nut with weight on the suspension and then torque to 406ft lbs..

I have the same set up. Personally I think it's the 'new' spring rate. The new spring is throwing wheel back towards the ground harder than the OE spring.

That said... never hurts to check the TQ on them bolt and set your air pressures at or around 35.

Looks good.
After speaking with a few Raptor friends, this seems the most likely explanation. It’s nothing to bad, and I hear gets better as the new springs settle.
