Yup through body exhaust. It’s only a single though, only one out the passenger side. The fuel tank gets in the way on the driver side

Mocking up some custom fender liners, and have questions for the group.
1. Does this look like adequate fender liner coverage/design?
2. What material do you think I should build out of?
-Aluminum
-Fiberglass
-ABS plastic
-nitrile rubber
-cardboard and duct tape
-?

Not fibreglass, that will crack to shit. Aluminum or sheet metal is what the race fab guys use. Wonder how long cardboard and tape would last? Hmmm :badidea:

Your truck looks kick ass, so spend the time to do the wells properly.

I’m familiar with sheet metal Aluminum and steel. Probably better suited to a true race vehicle or one you want to make that statement with. But the factory material, what is it ABS? Or some type of Poly is probably your best all around solution. That said it might be the hardest to turn big sheets of it into contoured fit wells. But with a heat gun handy and tools for molding it can be done.

Those cardboard templates should put you miles ahead in the fabrication process. I used this method for making panels on cars.
