I just looked at both install guides. Looks like the larger one came with the phase 1 kit. Would it be safe to assume that the larger intercooler is better? I’m moving back to AZ soon, trying to plan for the immense heat soak.
I would recommend the AFCO intercooler over upgrading to the larger Roush. That’s what I did and have been very pleased.

I would recommend the AFCO intercooler over upgrading to the larger Roush. That’s what I did and have been very pleased.

With intercooler bigger is better. If I had not gotten such a great deal on the Roush cooler, I would have gone AFCO. It is much thicker. Bigger is better.

I have yes. Their 650hp tune uses the twin 60mm throttle body. It's just their tune that gives the hp increase. They want to be sure you have top quality plugs installed, and at least the 47lph injectors and fuel rails that come with the Roush Phase 2 setup.

I have the same TB and 75mm set up and my truck put down 507 at the wheel on 37's. Quick math says Im over 625 at the crank
Keep in mind every day is different on the dyno, but that day she did good
