I have been trying to figure out a noise in my rear suspension for the last couple of months. It sounds like i have a baseball in the bed of the truck when I drive in a driveway or go off camber a bit, not off road. I had a couple of my buddies over and we jumped on the bumper and you can hear the noise coming from the live valve Fox shocks. I disconnected the bottom bolt of both shock and then jumped on the tailgate again with no noise. It is definately the shocks. I took it to the dealership and they said they can hear it but Ford will not do anything because the shocks are not leaking. I told him this is a $80K truck under warranty and this should not be happening. He said he will send it off to engineering but I have not heard anything back in 3 weeks with numerous calls. They will probably blame it one the Corona virus.

Anyone have this issue.

I wish I had my 2013 Raptor back!

Hey man don’t know if it helps, but my 19 will sound like the shocks are banging around if I’m going slow over rough terrain like logging road or unpaved dirt roads. It’s not bad enough to make me concerned I just figured it was the shocks doing their job and allowing suspension to be extra loose to soak up bumps. Not saying same thing just throwing an idea out. Good luck man.

Probably a silly question, but what psi are your tires set at? I found my truck got far quieter / comfier after going 36 FR / 34 RR (unloaded bed).
