Plants are not going to open back up for while. I work as a supplier for GM and everything is shutdown. There have been some internal rumors about Arlington trying to spool backup for the new SUV, but UAW isn't letting it happen.

Ford Plants Closed

i am also waiting on a 2020 ordered two weeks ago. Where did you hear that the plant is closed? I hadn’t heard this but I’ve had no contact with the dealership.

I talked to the head of the dealership chain and he said he was in a meeting at Ford HQ where they announced there would be no 2021MY Raptor. I asked for them to let me upgrade to a 2021 for free if this changed and he a

He said that once they go to a new gen design, it takes a couple of years (as we saw in 2015) for the Raptor version to be released.

Are you asking when the 3rd Gen Raptor will be available? I'd guess 2023.

2020 will be the last 2nd Gen Raptor year.

guessing.
When I attended the last Raptor Assault class of the year, last November 2019, one of the instructors told me that something big was coming in 2021 for the Raptor. I'm guessing its the new rear link suspension that we've all seen spy pics of. Still a Gen 2, I'm assuming. That's my final answer.

Is that considered a "Big" thing? To us idiots, how is it better? Remember, I'm president of the upcoming "Raptor Mall Runners of America".

If true, how long will they continue (or recontinue) to make the 2020's?
I hope they stop and the remaining 2020 stock will be the end run. 2022-23 next gen. It will help hold the value of our trucks. I think they made plenty of gen 2. It would be interesting if they did open back up and make the 2020 for 2-3 months to get rid of the parts inventory.

That's ok as long as I will have gotten my screamin' deal before they run out!

According to the instructor, it was a BIG thing. He's a second placer at Baja 1000 so I took his word that he can gauge a BIG thing.
I was a first place group finisher in the Rocky's 105, years ago. That is being the first one to drink one of each of the 105 beers offered at this sports bar. So I have that going for me....which is kind of nice.
