Day 3 of quarantine, er I mean bumper install. After trimming the lower louvers for what seemed like an eternity I realized the lights need to go on there too. FML. So now I’m taking apart the grille to get to the bolts for the lower louver so I can remove it. And btw SVC sent the wrong ACC relocater bracket so I’m going to have to do this grill removal twice. Can’t just leave my truck since I already took off the steering bolts. FML x 1000000000

Lol I feel your pain. my 1st bracket was incorrect. Had to put it all back together. Week later got correct bracket and installed it. 3 weeks later removed it all again due to ACC not sensing correctly, had to adjust bracket = bend it. Month later the hose that washes front camera sprung a leak so windshield wiper fluid just drained out. Had to take front off again. If you get more than 4 U win!;)

Question ... How did you know SVC sent the wrong ACC bracket?

Also, when you say "steering bolts", do you mean the 2 massive steering rack bolts? I assume you have to remove them to attach the lower part of the SVC bumper?

because the holes don’t align with my ACC module. I already spoke to Dominic@SVC and he sent the additional part needed. I’m going to take pics today or tomorrow after I hook up the lights and give a full detailed review.

And yes I am referring to the 2 bolts where the lower portion of the bumper attaches.

Thank you!
