So on 2/21/20, I ordered a set of wheel well liners directly from Rough Country on Amazon. I enjoyed the products I had on my Gen 1, and as shown in some of my posts and I’ve enjoyed more products on my Gen 2. After ordering, it said shipping was to be between 2/28 and 3/3. Due to extended shipping I tried to cancel the request 30 min after ordering. That request was denied and it was an automatic reply saying thank you for your order etc. I then tried to cancel the request again on 2/23 but again it was denied on 2/24 saying the package was shipped. That’s weird because on 2/24 I get an email that the FedEx label was created and delivery was updated to 3/2. Package didn’t arrive on 3/2 and it says it’s extended with no delivery info. When you click on tracking history, it only says label is created, nothing else. So I sent another email asking to cancel and refund me. RC says it’s been shipped and they can’t cancel. They also said my last two requests were denied because the item was shipped. I said how can the product be shipped when the label was created after both requests. RC literally replied with, “It was shipped all you can do is fill out a return request and send it back.” I’m not holding the shipping against them. I get the delayed shipping is hopefully not their fault even though I don’t know why there’s no shipping info, but no help or remorse what so ever. What really makes me mad is how they are covering up my two requests prior to it shipping. To me that’s dishonest and not to be trusted!! I’ll never buy from RC again!

This sounds like an amazon order snafu and in all likelihood whomever you spoke to probably did think it was ‘shipped’ in their system.

Do you have a link to the RC liners for the Raptor? I thought RC only made liners for the regular F150s.

I am given to understand that at full articulation the stock tires/wheels rub in the rear. would these mount securely enough to not be torn off in such an articulation? From what I remember you need to be really pushing the rear suspension and the rubbing is ‘just barely’ but, these would cut clearance just a bit, so that’s why I’m asking.
