Swapped the '14 for a '20 yesterday. Guess I need to change my sig.

For those interested in such things, I had a '14 Tuxedo Black SCrew Special Edition (with everything) for 62.5k (5k markup). My '20 is also a SCrew, Agate Black, 802a, with moon roof, bead locks, carbon fiber package, spray-in bead-liner, hard folding tonneau and bed extender (pretty much everything, save the Recaro's) for 69.4 (nearly a 6k markdown). Although, they only gave me 31k on my trade. It only had 70k miles, but did have an accident on the title (rear-ended two days after I drove it if the lot). Still, KBB had it booked out as high as 37k.... So considering the low-ball trade, it's really a push. Nevertheless, I'm very happy with the deal I got!

Now I just got to figure out how all the new gadgets work....

It's been raining and cold since I got it late yesterday, so no pics right now.

Looking forward to your thoughts on the gen1 v gen2. Congrats on the Prius. For now. Lol
Jury is still somewhat out on that.... I certainly like the upgraded technology (sync3, Android auto, rain sense, adaptive cruise, etc), the body style, and other improvements (front posi, shocks, tailgate step with handle inside so tailgate is smooth, giant moon roof, whatever you call those mirror lights)... But aside from the shocks and body, none of that is Raptor-specific. However, not sure how one can go back to a regular truck after a Raptor, and I really wanted the new tech. The only thing else I even considered was the Super Duty Tremor with the new 7.3, which is also not a "normal truck". It was just way more truck than I need, and my wife would never drive it cuz it's shear size.

so your ride cost you about $430 a month, not including sales tax or accessories for both vehicles.

Seen worse. The longer you keep it, the better the deal. at least you kept yours 6 years. some of these dudes are trading after two and happy to get that dealer ass ******

When you say "after two," do you mean days, weeks, or months?

Cause I'm guilty as charged. In 2015 I bought a Porsche Macan S. It was a great vehicle. However, I immediately had buyer's remorse for not getting the Macan Turbo. I traded it in within 2 weeks. I lost 5K. Do you call that an ass ****? I don't. Know why? Cause I get what I want when I want it. Life's short.

Oh, and I then traded that for another Macan Turbo with a few more doodads. Yes, that was after 8 months. Lost a few more thousand.

Tired of me yet?

Traded that in 10 months for my first Gen2 Raptor. Yep, down a few more grand.

Traded that in 10 months for a 2018 Porsche Panamera.

Traded that in 2 weeks for my first 911, a black 2018 C4. Yep, kaching.

That was missing Sport Chrono, an important option.

Traded it in a month for my current 2019 911T.

Oh, in the meantime, I bought and traded a 2018 Platinum for my current 2019 Raptor.

Did it hurt the wallet? Sure did. Do I now smile every time I get in the Porsche and Raptor? Hell yeah I do, not wanting for more.

My hole must be gaping by now. And loving it.

See, the difference between being ***** and what I have done is it was my choice. **** on the other hand usually isn't the victim's choice.

Allow me to clarify for you specifically. You sound like a damn retard.

First, you had a porsche Macan. damn that is lame.

Then there was lots of trading, lots of sales tax paid and you getting cars without options you really wanted.

sounds like you need a financial advisor, and to pick your vehicles more carefully.

Some nice vehicles there, and maybe you have money to burn. And yes, no matter how much cash you have to burn, you are getting ***** at the dealer.

yep. tired of you, and the bad example you are.

Im not going to lie, I agree with txgunsntrucks on this one....While Im not going to go as far as to say "you're gaping", because obviously you have the money to continue the constant switches and changes. That being said, at the end of the day, it just sounds like you have no ability to do research to figure out what you want and instead spend inordinate sums of money for no reason vs. just doing research like a normal human..

That being said, hey to each his own and if you got it, burn it!

The amount of time alone that you spend at dealerships signing paper work for cars is more time then I’d be willing to waste on shopping for anything... ever.
