The dealer we have been working with sent me this this morning.

He stated this is part of the flag placed on our truck and why they can not do the warranty repair.

Brief rundown for those that haven’t been following.

Bought the Raptor while stationed in PR in 2018. Had issues with water leaking into the truck. Took it in PR, was stationed back I Kentucky. Experienced the same issues and Kentucky and was notified by the 2nd dealer we took it to (this is the 3rd visit for the same issue) that Ford was denying the warranty and stated there is a flag and that the warranty is void because it was bought in PR

So if it’s happening to us it’s happening to other mil members

Wow, sorry to hear that. Have you tried another dealer?

Yea it’s not the dealer, he’s the one who has been working to try to get it cleared.

He also got us in contact with Customer Care and they also tried to blame the dealer. He told me he was gonna set it up at another dealer and then called me back and said that the other dealers won’t do it either because of the warning that Ford has on our VIN

I’ve tried escalating and sending emails, but no one has made any progress

Just fix it yourself. I bet the part you need is not much.

BTW a Canadian Raptor or any ford product would not be covered by warranty in the US.

And then in 10,000 miles it needs phasers... I hope you can get this figured out.

I would try a get a local news station to help bring this out to light to the public.
I had a brief convo with a local station that said they were forwarding it up to their producers to see if it was something they wanted to pursue
