Looking to replace my 18 with a 19 or 20. Was thinking if the deal was Great I would by a 19, however seems like the dealers just aren't willing to deal enough on a 19.

Example looked at a 19 Performance Blue $76 MSRP thought they might take -$10K off and dealer wouldn't take it. Crazy! Even if I could purchase it for $66K, would probably be a lot more that what it's worth?

Also the 19 has been on their lot for over 13 months.

Guess I will keep looking!

More than 10% off MSRP is unlikely. You're going for like 14% off MSRP here. Around invoice would be a more realistic target. $69K would still be a good deal for this truck.

The prospective owners forum has pricing info from people on recent deals.

There were deals to be had before end of last year , I picked up my 19 scab 802a PB mid December at invoice. I don't think there will be a 2021 Raptor as the New 2021 f150 will be coming out . It will be 2 years after that, before we see a 3rd gen Raptor . I think dealers will be holding tight prices on the 2020 because there won't be new ones for 3 years. Just my opinion

Thanks! Probably be better off in a 20.

Agreed, the values of the gen 2 will start to stabilize once the end of production date is set.

Guesswork , I would say minimum 2 -3 years so 2023 Raptor. Ram TRX will hit market soon that will be a 2021 model . I dont think Ford wants 2021 Raptor vs 2021 TRX comparison in the magazines. The Spy shots of the 4 link test trucks will be Gen 3 Raptor i'm betting also V8 electric hybrid ,front wheels are driven by electric motors ford already has patent on that.

Just traded my 2017 Tundra 1794 with 30k miles on a 2019 Raptor MSRP $76K. Now I know its all about the numbers game with trade allowance etc, but I was able to negotiate to a Raptor price of $69k and an allowance of $35K on the Tundra. Overall I believe it was a decent deal and the small dealer in rural MN was wanting to move the truck.
