No offense the 3.5 is impressive and will dust a n/a 6.2 but once boost is applied to a 6.2 it’s a completely different animal

Clearly I am missing something from all the smack talk. I don't think Hennessy has any reason to fudge a video. Two lengths back that's quite the dusting. Also have yet to see zero actual data from the "the ecoboost will tear itself apart" crowd. Keep talking out your rear fellas.

Hennessey is one of the most crooked shops that has ever existed. Couple additional points:

1) That was back when Hennessey used to upgrade the turbos on their "600" kit. They started spinning bearings and now they don't do that anymore. But they didn't change the power rating of their kit.

2) That's a basic Roush supercharged Gen 1. Even with that small blower, there is easily another 100 horsepower in that truck with a pulley and a tune. A properly built Whipple truck is good for even more.

And what's disgusting about a truck that gives up over 500 pounds and 4 gears hanging right with the Gen 2? Hell, it was even pulling at the end.

Quite disappointing for the Gen 2 if you ask me.

Also if the eco was soo good why does Hennessy offer a v8? Maybe I’m missing something but it seems that People want a v8 raptor? Wonder why? They hate the luster less exhaust note of there 60k + raptor! If ford offered a v8 option I’m sure the eco would go extinct hence many companies taking advantage of a void in the market and offering v8 conversions

give this man a medal

you know why ford makes the eco shit in a raptor

Because rich moms and yuppies can take it to Nantucket and not wake up the neighbors when they start in their perfect neighborhood

i don’t blame ford...way smarter then all of us

they know their Rich market

Some folks like their trucks like their politicians. Old and bad.
