I keep getting a fault indicator on the dash and then it goes away and comes back again and again. It is such a hassle to take the truck in to the dealer. Anyone else ever experience something like that?

Well, you could get a code scanner off Amazon or if you’ve done any Forscan modes, you can check / clear codes with Forscan.

When was the last time you checked your oil?

o_O Mamula, is that you?

He means when did you last open the hood, remove the dipstick and check the oil level?

Do you know how to open the hood?

Drive to AutoZone, ask them to check the CEL (check engine light), and write down the code. Don't worry, it's a free service.

Once you know the code, we can help you troubleshoot the issue.
