Cool, I’ll hit you up sometime next week.

@surfnsocal in heading to Anza this Sunday if you want to roll. Looks like my buddy with a Rubicon might be join too. Not sure yet if the details, but I’d be happy to include you in the planning if you are untested. Let me know.

What Anza like? What type of terrain is it. Heard it was jeep territory, but is it good open desert for Raptors ?

Thanks man, I'm actually going Saturday (I'm locked down the rest of the weekend unfortunately). I'll leave some of the trails untouched for you :)

Could a 2wd F-150 go where you’re going? I’m converted to a gen 1 Raptor front end (OEM SVT lowers, Camburg uppers, McNeil fiberglass) and regeared to 4.56 but no 4wd.

Yes no problem at all, a small sand hill but you will be fine .

To all the others Wednesday next week the 22nd we are headed from San Clemente to Anza-Borrego. We didn't make it this am..

My wife thinks I only have 3 guns

Im not fully sure, other might be better suited to answer that question. I’ve only been to Anza Borrego one other time. When I did go, I’d say 75% of the terrain was doable with a 2wd. There were a few difficult rock sections that required 4wd and some deep sand, but other than that most of the trials were 2wd accessible.
