I apologize i didn't see that you lowered the price. I'd be interested in doing something.

If you can hand over the keys to Carmax for $53k why deal with the hassle of listing here and other websites for $0 more?

No worries about buyer flaking, having bad credit, paying off loan waiting on title, signing over title etc.

Bc while I'd like the money I don't desperately need it and I'd rather see someone get a good deal rather than carfax mark it up to $58k

I dunno man, sounds like a lot of work to drive 2 hrs to carmax (closest one to Pittsburgh is 120 mi one way), get it appraised, drive back, then use that number to set the selling price...

That price was the instant quote. Driving to Cleveland for an actual sale isnt that big of a deal for 1, for 2 I also got quotes from carvana 15 miles one way from me and kbb instant price again 20ish miles from me. Not sure why your so concerned about my price but if you even remotely do a little bit of research you'll see its underpriced. Otherwise if you dont like it enough to do the background check on me go ahead and move on from my post I wont miss you

Wasn’t doing a background check, just pointing out that you didn’t have a real offer...not sure why you would say Carmax instead of local dealer instant quote/caravana etc. Instant quote is by no means guaranteed.

I don’t have a problem with your price, I think it’s fair...just saying that it makes no sense to pay interest and depreciation if you could sell it today and get the cash you want (I know I know you don’t NEED the money).

Selling private party is painful with higher-end vehicles. If somebody is in the market for a $50k plus truck, they probably can afford to buy a new one that stickers for $70k but sells for $63k. Full warranty, a few model years newer, nobody has farted in the seats, etc. Usually interest rates are higher on used car loans too. On a $50k truck that 1% increase in APR can cost an extra $1000+
