Discovered the BEST sounding exhaust for this truck.

For the Gen 2. You either go all th way on the exhaust or you don't modify it at all.

I love my SPD/Corse Xtreme setup because of my lovely turdbro noises, makes my pants happy.

I have listened to just about every Gen2 Raptor exhaust combination available. Hours of
recordings. Wanting to like it. But, they all sound like a V6....only more so. I would
absolutely hate driving around in the 1-2K RPM range constantly hearing that purring V6
(as opposed to a rumbling V8) sound incessantly reminding me I have a V6. Listen to the
audio closely; pay attention to the low RPM purring sound. That is what you will be hearing
most of the time. Sorry. But no thanks.

Ok ok I know it’s a GEN 2 thread!

But to answer the OP question, the best exhaust system is one that sounds good and it’s free, like I found on a road trip on the highway shoulder and like new except for a few road rashes !!!

He put the muffler from the Limited on there. The limiteds have the same engine as a Gen 2 Raptor, but a quieter exhaust.
