What's the skill level to install this on a scale of 1 to 10 if you're an above average DIYer?

I’m a very methodical guy.

If you take time to educate yourself, reading what others have done, and are good at following the instructions in an orderly fashion, it will be a worthwhile project.

There is a you tube channel, David Williams. He produced a series of very detailed videos on his install, including how not to do it! Very well done.

Potential issues:
-intercooler housing fitment.
-Coolant leaks
-intercooler revisor tank mounting
-Left rear (facing truck) compressor bolt

Post your questions here. The community is very responsive.

The power gain is awesome!

Good luck

Maybe a 4?

Install was easy, but time consuming. The documentation needs to really be looked at on some sections.

if it was not for MTF and Johnpappy’s posts... it would have been much harder.

my gotcha was the intercooler reservoir mount points. It fits for the 2011-2014 Gen1 and not the 2010 Gen1. I had to look for a fabricator with aluminum welding skills to make the required modifications to reach my mount points.

Other than that. It was pretty simple.

I can’t get this stupid grin on my face. Can’t get enough of the SC whine. Thinking of maybe going to 3.50 pulley, so I’ll save some gas.
Burnt half a tank in one day of driving....:)
You didn’t do this to save gas did you?;)

LOL, once you get used to the 3.250 pulley you won't like 3.500
You may save a 1/2 to possibly 1 mpg, the boost will come on a little higher in the rpm.
I ran the 3.500 for a while when it was a stage 1

I'm generally getting 10.2 city driving, 9.7 mpg. with stupid heavy stop and crawl.
And up to 12.3 non aggressive highway (LOL) average 70 mph. 80 mph 11.7 mpg.
Aggressive city she'll go down to 8
This is with 93 octane, if I get stuck having to use 91 octane, mpg. is a little lower..
