I don't think it's changeable unit since it is LED. Best is to install separate LED 3" cube under bumper like I did, now back is bright as front when in reverse.

These are also some exclusive Rigid Industries kits. Standard pro, Red backlit Radiance, even a patent pending option to simply slide into your hitch when not in use and plug into the hitch wiring! No install!

let me know if you have questions-

You can also replace your led with aftermarket ones, I did but the one I choose, don't remember the number, but it shoots the light back further and it is brighter. Just wish I would've went with the second output as it would've put the light output closer to the rear of the truck.

It helped but I'm planning on either Baja or Rigid backup lights anyways.

Diode Dynamics and there not cheap.

Is there an option for brighter reverse bulbs in the stock location?

Not on the Gen2 Raptors which come with BLIS. Your best bet is the Baja Designs S2 Reverse kit (or the S1 reverse kit we offer).

The S2s are very popular but with the new release of the S1 we're offering those as reverse kits as well. They are brighter then the S2 kit and half the size. So if you want a smaller light with more punch, the S1 is for you. Or if you want more light but not CRAZY bright light, the S2 kit is for you. I run the S2 personally as I don't want TOO much light when I go in reverse (I don't live in the country so there's always street lighting by me).

We offer both kits with the stock harness OR you can add-on our "Upfitter Connection Kit" which lets you control the reverse lights from an Upfitter AND automatically when you go in reverse

It's real easy to install
