What about getting a front receiver hitch installed and getting a winch adapter hitch mount.
I've seen a few guys do that, makes sense being able to pull in either direction without extra pulleys and snatch blocks.

Thanks guys. Did talk to Warn today and they are contemplating a winch mount for that year...... Thanks will keep exploring!

Did you mean Warn is going to do a winch mount for the gen 2 Raptor or they won't? You said they are, but then said you will keep exploring, so wasn't sure if it was a typo or not?

Unfortunately you have to move the intercooler, because the stock sits exactly where the winch goes. But I look at it as a bonus because it gives you another good reason to replace that weak oem ic.

I just put mine SWARFWORKS mount and winch in today along with the COBB intercooler. I will say it both the COBB and SWARFWORKS kits were 100% bolt on. No modification need to either kit to make it fit and work! If you do what the instructions tell you to it will all line up and fit.

I saw a setup using a front receiver hitch mounted to the frame below the tow hook and the guy was using a Warn winch mounted on the removable receiver frame. FYI
