I'll leave the lawyerese to FoMoCo's lawyers; however, speaking from experience...
Took my Gen 2 Raptor off roading with my BIL's Gen 1 Raptor. In what can only be described as unfortunate, he stuck it in the muck (highly fluid mud) over the lower door sills. Not only did water penetrate the seals (flooded the cabin), it also (coincidentally) "shorted" the electric front differential motor ... leaving the Gen 1 immobile until towed out (this resulted in 15 minutes of prolonged exposure to muddy water → flooded cabin). Could this be the result of turning it into a submarine or keeping the truck's lower door seals submerged for 15 minutes?

I am looking at buying a 2014 Gen 1 here is Australia, and there would be a good chance that somewhere along the line I would have to cross water that could be bonnet depth.
If I manufactured a sealed air box and put a snorkel on the air box to raise the intake higher up, do you owners feel the rest of the engine would be OK for short periods under water.
Also I am looking at a supercharged unit so factor that into your replies.
If I use a car bra I am hoping that driving it correctly, it will create a bow wave at the front of the Raptor and kind of create a vacuum under the bonnet.

Bonnet. I love Australia. Bonnet. Seriously, I do. I lived there for three months.

I think you'd be playing with fire... err... water without doing a whole bunch more water proofing if you are going that deep. I'd bet that the odds would be in your favor for any ONE time doing that, but in my opinion it's too risky.
