Nice job on showing us your install...this is appreciated.

On the dual battery - I installed a dual battery system in my 2018 Raptor. I was able to fit the isolator (Hell Roaring brand - solid state unit out of Polson, Montana) in the space on the pass side firewall above the fuse box. I used nutserts at three of the four corners...couldn't fit one in the upper left. I zip tied a circuit breaker to one of the vertical wire bundles that you show in the engine bay pic.

This has worked well for me...and I drive on poor roads daily for six months a year.

If you can fit your isolator there, it'll be out of the way and pretty much clear of any splashes. I have another of these in my 93 F250 - been working really well for years now.

I originally put the fridge and battery in the back seat, tired of that and now have them installed in the bed using Mac's tracks, ARB fridge slider, and aluminum angle to make a battery bracket. I went to an ARB Elements fridge when I put it in the back.

I'll send some pictures when I get back to my Raptor at the end of the week.

Thanks to the guys at @KB Voodoo Fabrications aka MAX Modular for their ALUMAX 14" High Aluminum Bed Rack -58" length with their tonneau cover brackets. Works perfectly with my Pace Edwards Ultragroove (Going to have a bunch of pictures here because this area gets asked about a lot)

Are you happy with how the KB Voodoo rack works with your tonneau cover? I have been looking very closely at this set up but I am concerned that the brackets that slide under the cover are a weak spot and susceptible to bending or breaking with heavy loads. Thank you for posting this build thread. I will continue to follow it with interest.

Thanks for the kind words.

I was thinking of putting some stuff on that area of the firewall but I decided I will mount the Switch Pro in that area. Not much free space around the engine bay in these trucks!

Was thinking of doing the fridge on a slider in the back as well but decided to keep that space reserved for other crap I bring down. Also with the tonneau cover closed, my fridge on a slider would be too tall. We shall see how this upcoming trip goes and who knows, I may change things.

I would like to see those pics! Thanks!

I couldn't be any more happy with them. They are super beefy. All my friends have commented on how strong everything looks.

With the tent on, I can literally jump and/or rock around in the tent as much as I want and I will be moving the truck. Zero flex or movement in the brackets.

Been driving on forest logging roads faster than I should be and drifting around, everything is rock solid. If you're on the fence I would go for it, you won't be disappointed. If you do buy, get the aluminum version. Small premium but lighter and no chance of rust.

This is simply awesome. I have a number of the same ideas and am just starting to scope it all out.

Stock tires on the left at 50%. General Grabber X3 35x12.5R17. Stick with 35's or go a size up to the 37? Actual listed size on the 35" x3's is 35" and 36.8" on the 37's.

Love this thread as I'm saving for a real nice off road camper but they are pricey. The one I like is around $43,000.

I'd be able to take longer trips because I'd be able to haul a lot more stuff. But downside would be having to turn around and cost.

So I've been contemplating going this route as an alternative which I'm guessing when all said and done would be approximately $15,000.00

Thanks for taking your time to post pictures.
