I've seen the P061A before on a bunch of different aftermarket tunes.
That one wont throw a CEL, but will sit in the background unless conditions are changed.

Ok.

I guess, I will try removing the tune and doing some high RPM runs in a safe way... not in traffic in according with Maryland State law and NHTSA transit law :)

P1548 is probably a good place to start - clean/replace the air filter. The ECU is comparing barometric pressure to measured and modeled pressures along the intake tract. If the differences are significant, it'll infer that the air filter is clogged and providing restriction to the engine. It could also be worthwhile to check the charge pipes and BOV for leaking under boost - based on our investigation of how the code is triggered, I could see how a small post-turbo boost leak could mimic the fault conditions (small enough leak that the turbos can work harder to compensate for the underboost, avoiding an underboost code, but enough of a measured or modeled pressure differential that this code is thrown). The boost control system will attempt to correct for the restriction by running the turbos harder, which can create excess exhaust manifold pressure and contribute to misfiring.

I will check the following:

Air filter
Oil levels (again)
Charge pipes and BOV

Then if need to remove tune and run WOT to mimic issues (after resetting CEL)

Intake is clean no abnormal dirt particles or dust

Oil is spot on at level.

I just removed the COBB tune all together, but I'm sure now I'll get a CEL for the SPD downpipes...

I'm going to go get a bite to eat and run WOT a few times to replicate any issues.

We don't disable any catalyst codes in our OTS maps, so if you weren't getting them before, you won't get them now.

Feel free to send in a datalog of a WOT pull on a Stage 0 (stock) map, and the Stage 2 map that you were running. Email those to [email protected] and I can take a peek to see if anything seems off.

update.

So in addition to checking the oil levels and the air filter, I did remove the tune all together. I did three wide open throttle pulls through all the gears past seventh gear with no check engine light now.

Tomorrow I will do the same but over 50 miles to go to work one way and I will do 5 to 8 wide open throttle pulls to see if I can replicate a check engine light and to see if the codes are different if I do get a light.

It does feel like a tame animal though without no tune LOL
