A few people were having a CEL related to the catalyst so we pulled them until we can identify why they are having an issue and create a solution. It's very few so don't worry if you have them installed.

interesting. I had one catalyst efficiency CEL during the first drive. Cleared the CEL and reset persistent memory and Haven't seen one since.

Yeah it's definitely the exception rather than the rule. We never had the issue throughout testing on several trucks in different environments over thousands of miles. We don't want to keep putting them out and it continue to be experienced even if it is a very rare one.

And this is why you all have the reputation you have. Well earned. Wish more companies would put quality before profits. Most companies would continue selling until they found a fix/work around

I received my download link for the Cobb Accesstuner (AT) software, so I finally removed my MPT 93PRX tune and installed the Cobb AccessPort (AP) and their hottest off-the-shelf (OTS) tune, Stage2 93. I still have the NGauge in the truck, so I can compare apples-to-apples data for the two tunes. I can say for SURE that the Cobb OTS tune outputs slightly more power than the MPT, but Cobb still lacks the trans tuning. The 10R80 transmission tuning is a priority project for them. The single PID to monitor for raw power is the Actual Load. Cobb runs slightly more boost which results in a consistently higher Load value achieved which equates to more output from the engine.

I didn't make any timed runs yet because the Learned OAR multiplier starts at +1.0 and you want it to adapt to -1.0 for the maximum ignition timing. I'll drive it for a while until the ECU adapts to the -1.0 value. I have hard data from the MPT tune run in Sport mode, so I'll run the Cobb tune in Sport mode as well. The MPT trans tuning helps the "feels-faster" aspect by having the gear/rpm correlation kept at the optimum even in Normal mode, so it feels like it's faster/quicker.

There are many more Cobb Custom Features that are included on their other Ford platforms that haven't matured into the Raptor AP/AT yet, but they're coming...
