When people say 37" tires, are we talking 12.5 or 13.5. I'm guessing 13.5 will likely rub (I have Geiser and Deaver +3 springs).
In the case of 37 inch KM3s, 12.5, but there is variance among brands, e.g., 37 x 12.5 x 17 Trail Grapplers are 13.4" wide. Most companies don't offer 37 x 12.5 x 17 in both 12.5 and 13.5. When you get up into the larger wheel sizes, sometime they do. Toyo MTs are one exception, as they do offer 12.5 and 13.5 widths in that size, but the 13.5 is heavy and E rated.

I'm running 37 KM3s with 0 offset. I did have to trim to clear and still have a little rubbing but I can trim more if need be. I don't push my truck extremely hard offroad though.

I had to do the same thing with my '17 F250, when I went to a 0 offset wheel, (18" Rockstar IIs) with 37s, required a tiny amount of trimming on the outer wheel well molding because the tires stuck out more. Custom shop said if I would have gone with Fuel wheels, none would have been necessary....Good thing I like the factory wheels on this one.
