I use a 3 ton floor jack under the rear differential, a whole other topic on its own, place jack stands under the rear axle and then move the floor jack to the frame rail indicator arrows behind each front tire.
I agree 100%...only I'll ad to make sure the front wheels are chocked if there is any chance the veh can roll...

I have heard so many different opinions about rear diff jacking it made my head spin; I ensure to stay cleay of the diff cover plate and use a 4x4 wooden block to protect the finish (rust) of my diff housing; its the only way short of a lift to get two jack stands as far apart in the rear as possible in order to remove both rear tires for a rotation.
I've only been in the Automotive repair industry since 1976..and in all that time never met a single person who jacked up from the rear diff and it caused any problems...the Raptor has a bad ass rear end so there should be no issues...
Was waiting for people to chime in on whats a "proper" tire rotation...if I can I roll the rear drive tires straight forward, and cross the front tires as they go back to the rear...HOWEVER if you do some research you'll find it's about 50% as I stated above and the other 50% will say it's fine to simply swap the front and rear tires of each side...So I wouldn't lose any sleep either way...:)

Lift the rear from the hitch
Man that looks pretty sketchy...you have to apply a LOT of lift to get those wheels off the ground with all the down travel our trucks have...And yeah I do have the Big Wheel ProEagle floor jack...a little pricey buts its a monster for these lifted trucks...

Yellow Daytona jack at Harbor Freight. Best jack for the money by far.

I jack up the rear at the diff then put jack stands under the springs and set it down on the stands. Pull both rear tires and roll em straight forward in front of the truck. Then I jack under the front control arm coming straight in from the front. Do one side at a time. Cross fronts to rear put em on and yer done.

I jack under the diff pumpkin and under the control arms. Put the jack stands under the axle, not on the frame. The suspension never droops at all. I have no issues jacking it up with a standard old school Sears 3 ton floor jack. I use truck jack stands, only up one or two notches.
