How are you planning on using the truck?

I just went through EBC Yellow pads (used with Baer Rotors)
I got 18k miles on my EBC Yellow pads

My buddy suggested I try Stoptech pads.

Just wanted feedback from Other Members. I know that alot of people are using the
R1 concepts.
my choices are EBC Yellow or Stoptech.

Which Stoptech pads? I just installed some on my truck and while they're pretty smooth they have less initial bite than the OEM pads. I'm running the street pads. Sport pads might have a been a better choice.

I’ve been running the R1 Concepts rotors and posi quiet pads from Freedom Motorsports. Performance is better than stock and no more annoying squeaky brakes!

my buddy ordered Sport pads for the front and Street pads for the rear

my ebc yellow pads only lasted 18k miles

currently using Baer Rotors

18k? You drive like a grandma with one foot on the brake pedal at all times?

I went with the StopTech Sport system, haven't driven my truck in a year and a half so can't tell you how it works.

Yea can't explain why I only got 18k miles out of the EBC Yellow
I don't drag the brakes at all.

That's pretty interesting to hear. I have over 30k on my EBC yellows. Been pretty happy with them but sometimes wish they squeaked and dusted a little less but no experience with the stoptechs to compare.

Chinmasterflex -what kind of Rotors are you using? I am using Baer rotors cross drilled

My Stoptech brake pads arrived today

I found a BBK kit that will work with my Stock Wheels. Not quite sure if I want to go that route. The BBK kit is pricey
