All, just wanted to let you know that JLT has redesigned their oil separator system to specifically fit the Gen 2 Raptors. I had one from my 2016 KR 3.5 EB and the hoses just wouldn't fit under the cover and the firewall mount position was a pain due to a difference in wiring harness location between the two trucks.

JLT now offers the redesigned set up, (using the same part number 3016P), for same price as earlier system. Difference is the hoses are now customized to fit the different EGR plug locations on the intake manifold and easily fit under the cover. Additionally, new system comes with a redesigned mounting bracket that mounts near the battery - so no more firewall mount. If you have the earlier style system (like me) they are offering a conversion kit (new hoses and mounting bracket) part # 3016CK for $49.00.

No affiliation with JLT, but have had excellent service from them over the years and wanted to share the new set up with everyone.

Hats off to JLT, I had just received mine about a week ago. I had not installed it yet since it has been so brutally cold. They are going to exchange it for me. I am paying to ship it back. I have a 2019 SCAB.
