So when i got back from Baja i had to replace the upper control arm and the factory one isn't serviceable. I had Camburg Upper control arm installed mid perch , stock wheels with 37 x 12.5 x 17 Cooper Discovery Maxx tires.
now i have had issues with the hose for the air locker/shiftier system to engage the front wheel hubs and the top of the ball joint is rubbing the inside of the wheels (just a bit ) enough to rub some paint off it.
I dont want to have to rebuild the whole front end or go down to stock tires if i dont have to. I will post a few more pictures to show what i am dealing with.

I am not apposed to removing the inner wheel cover and re working the metal behind it , just not sure of what is needed , some pictures of what was done on others trucks would be helpful rather than just guessing . Thanks for the input in advance.

That at least makes sense as to why you're rubbing the UCA. The only options to remedy that would be lower offset wheels but don't worry I know a guy ;) or changing the UCA's to the 1.25" uniball. You could always run a spacer but I'd advise against that.
