Before I begin, MERRY CHRISTMAS

I am torn between the Raptor or the F-150 King Ranch. I am more inclined toward the Raptor due to the seats and ride comfort; however, I will be in the market to purchase in about 6-9 months after I put a few more miles on my 18 Expedition Platinum. I will be towing either my Mastercraft boat or my John Deere 550 with the utility trailer on rare occasions. My question is if the Raptor will tow them as well as the King Ranch or not. I have seen on the forum that the suspension on the Raptor is not condusive to towing heavy loads.

Thanks in advance for the help and please have a safe and Merry Christmas and Happy New Year

What size MC are you towing? My 209 is towed easily, so is my 24' flat bed with 2 ATV's and 1 UTV, did not even notice they were on there.

Go Raptor hands down, then you can hit the lake looking color then the guy next to you with his Nautique or Malibu... especially of the POS Tigé

My wife thinks I only have 3 guns

My Mastercraft is a Maristar 22 and stays in my lift at our lake house but I do need to trailer it occasionally for service. My son-in-Law is saying the Raptor. He should know since he is an engineer

From this I infer it can tow 7,000 lbs reasonably well. FWIW I cannot speak from personal experience. YMMV.

Your son-in-law is one smart guy! You will be fine with your Mari Star 22.
