So FP touring has 2 passive exhaust valves. FP sport has 1 valve. Does that mean that one pipe is straight thru for sport. That would be a more aggressive sound . Does any of the other exhausts have "valving" in the pipes?

Ehh, I would love to see against the Borla S for comparison to be honest. I mean there are times when you want some aggressive tones to let you know you have a serious truck but most of the time when just cruising I want to be left alone. If it's significantly more quiet than Borla S with the grumbles and rumbles you mention - I would buy one tomorrow. I just wasted a bunch of money and time with Borla S and returned it after a week. I was so happy with my stock again that I swore I wouldn't touch it...that was till a Dodge came up to me today and tried to get me to go on the highway.

Just wondering, but what didnt you like about the Borla S exhaust?
was it too loud with regular driving or on hwy? was there any drone?

Id like something a bit more aggressive than stock but i dont want to go anywhere near the obnoxious or very loud territory.

Based on this thread, the FP touring seems like a very good choice but im afraid it might be too similar to stock after it breaks in. Maybe FP sport is the way to go or perhaps the Borla touring that is supposed to come out.

Ordered my Ford Performance touring exhaust today as well as the Roush cold air intake. Can't wait. My local Ford dealer, where I purchased the Raptor, was good about the price - they matched the CJPonyParts price, which is significantly lower than Ford MSRP. Then it's on to new 20x9 Fuel Trophy wheels next month and the 1.5" ICON front adjustment.

Had mine for over a year. No pumped in sound. Either sound got better (little deeper tone) or I just forgot what stock was like, but like it more every day.

Bump. Has anyone had personal experience with both the sport and the touring exhaust and the pros and cons?

Here is my start up clip with the Ford Performance Touring Dual Exhaust System w/ Black Tips

The exhaust has been perfect for me sound-wise and no drone whatsoever.

My touring drones at 80 mph. Livable, but there. Spring loaded dump valve in 1 pipe on the touring. So it should be a bit quieter at idle, and the same as sport at full throttle.
