Ordered 0FG and looks like it'll be a few weeks out. Can't wait.

I liked how the MBRP + SPD DPs set up sounded ... Then heard this. Best sounding system out there for the Gen2 IMO.

Have AWE on my Audi as well, and have run AWE on past Audi's, so I was both surprised and stoked to see they had a Raptor exhaust in the works .The fact it sounds so good made buying the new kit a no brainier.

If anyone is on the fence, I would like to give you some background info on AWE. I was a beta tester for their Porsche 997tt 750R kit.

Back in 2008 Mike Romano (long before Josh was there) asked me if I was interested in trying their turbo kit - upgraded turbos, intercoolers, throttle body, software. I had already self-installed and run their 200CEL turbo - back exhaust kit and was extremely pleased. They offered me the beta turbo kit at basically cost and I installed it over a weekend. The plan was to get it ready to run in the 2008 Texas Mile - less than 10 days away.

The first turbo kit had one bad bearing which was unforseen and it grenaded in my garage. They overnighted me a replacement and we went through all the ways I would need to flush the metal shavings out of my intake tract - 2x oil change, flush intercoolers, etc. Well the car went to Goliad and on Speedvision film went almost 10 mph faster than VR Alexander's (RIP) heavily modified Carrera GT, 186.8 mph into a standing headwind over >20mph. I have 11 years on that kit and >20k miles and absolutely no flaws or problems ever.

After I bought my 2018 Raptor I was wondering why none of the Raptor exhaust kits sounded even close to the aftermarket Porsche turbos - 3.5l vs 3.6l, opposed 6 vs v6, short plumbing vs long. I have been satisfied with the Flowmaster FX muffler delete but the 2FG sounds much closer to a performance exhaust vs a Honda with a can, and I plan to switch immediately

Wow. An OG! Yes, 2008 was quite a bit before me. Happy to have you here, though!

Well well well. It's Mr. Audi himself ;).

Happy to have you here, brother! You're going to love the 0FG.

Just got word from CJ Pony, not shipping until Mid-January... Hoping to have these bad boys on to help Santa deliver the goodies, but it is not to be. Demand must be through the roof for these!! Nice job AWE!!

Josh, I am enjoying the 2FG, what should I expect to change if I upgraded to the 1FG? I am contemplating going that route or all the way to 0FG.

You're dropping the factory suitcase resonator and replacing it with two individual resonated section, so with that, your volume will increase and the tone gets more aggressive, but it remains refined. The decision between 1FG and 0FG is essentially whether you want those monster tips poking out of the back ;)
