Wait, so your E50 3.5 HO tune nets 525 while the standard 3.5 e50 tune you have is 553hp. Am I missing something? How does a HO tuned e50 make less than a standard 3.5?

If you put some dinky passenger car tires on the Raptor the numbers would be higher. Not sure how much, though.

it is not only the tires its the 4:10 gear vs the 3:55 gear.. Coming from the Mustang world I have seen several stangs running 4:10 gears with a better set up run lower numbers on the dyno compared to stangs with 3:55 gears.. since you only make the pull in the 1 to 1 gear it makes since the 4:10 will hit redline a lot faster then say the 3:55 gear in the F150 3.5..

We have completed E50 tuning on Gen 2 F150 Raptor . Huge Power Gains . Off Road this thing just flies...Give us a call for more details we can go over what it takes to get that 500 Horsepower. View attachment 114968 View attachment 114967

If I could make 550 RWHP (with a much smaller tire) My truck may go 10's in the Quarter if I could get it to hook up.
