Wait for 19 or just buy 18 leftover?

I don't think you can go wrong either getting an '18 or '19. The live valve shocks are cool, and completely agree that if the outgoing colors are not what you want, and the price difference is less than $2k, then absolutely go for the '19!

Well it's a done deal ordered the 19 today now just need to wait LOL. In the mean time I'll have to try selling my F250 if I don't have any luck I'll just trade it in.

When adding electronics to off-road, highly vibrated, shock absorbers I'm wondering if there will be reliability nightmares to the 2019. I'm glad I just bought a 2018!

Yeah stopped by my dealer last week to give deposit and they are trying to sale me one of their 18's on the lot. I would seriously consider one but when the 18 is $70K and my built 19 is $71K NO DEAL. If they were coming off the 18 say $5k might consider but don't need a truck immediately so will wait. Also they had a loaded 18 that was traded in with 12K miles on it and best price on it was $66,900. I'm like dang even a used one is only $4k less than my ordered 19.

Crazy.

Well reading how some people have been lucky to find below MSRP I went to my 3 ford local dealers. The first dealership got excited when I let them run my credit and came down with their “great deal” which was 2,500 over MsRP instead of the 5,000 they usually charge I declined stating I wouldn’t pay over MSRP for a raptor and especially a 18 when I can order a 19 from dealer #2 for MSRP from the other dealer in town. Also showed them an email dealer #3 sent me that said they would take 1,500 off MsRP. They declined and told me to visit #3 cause their service sucks and I would want to come back to #1. Ate lunch while the salesman and sales manager were texting up a storm asking if I wanted the raptor so they can have it ready. Just decided to order a 19 the way I want at dealer #2 at MSRP. In and out in 30 minutes. Couldn’t be happier and more pumped! Part of the waiting crew! Whoop!
