Whipple SC Handheld

If anyone has the link for the SC kit that has the Handheld device where you can add 20-200 HP can you list the link I think whipple makes it. I found it at work and saved to Favs but cant find now, It also had a kit I think it said 575-600 HP on another model and price was not a lot of difference.

I had a question if you can answer it does this add 500 HP to the already 400+ HP I already have ? I'm going to look later busy now but I will find the other kits I saw one says dial in 20 to 200 HP whatever you need I took it as if I had 450 HP the add 200HP 650HP it was around 8G and other kit was 575HP I will post if I find them and I will study this kit you have posted too. Its always nice to do something others are running so if you need tips and advice. I did find someone in VA that does do the SC installs on the Raptors He is a member here too.

The link I posted is directly to the manufacturer. Most of the other links you're talking about are just going to be retailers selling Whipple's kit. You want the one I linked you to. But you should get the kit (for better pricing and support) from one of the forum's vendors. Look that way on this page ------->

You're all over the map on your power figures. Your truck makes 411 crank horsepower stock. This typically equates to around 335 or so horsepower as measured at the rear wheels. The Stage 2 Whipple is good for close to 700 crank horsepower and over 500 horsepower at the rear wheels. So you're picking up 200+ horsepower at the rear wheels. That's a huge improvement.

You don't just dial it in, by the way. Superchargers don't work like that. The main way to change their output is swapping pulleys and that's not a 5 minute thing (despite what you may read).

That stage 3 link you posted has the heat exchanger as a $900 option. I wouldn't really consider the heat exchanger an option. You need to have that to keep the blower from getting heat soaked (which will cause a large drop in power, or worse).

The kit is priced at $9,000 on their website after you add the heat exchanger. So it's full retail, same as buying direct from Whipple.

I was reading reviews and the whipple seems to be the best for the power and support now to just see what its going to cost me to have it installed .

I was very skeptical of the variable boost procharger when it first came out several years ago. Just seemed like a complex solution to a problem that doesn't really exist. Haven't heard much about them since then.
