Tonight, I'll spend some time going through the forums to get an understanding of Ford Performance's ordering system... I'm confused to why some who placed orders since the summer have no movement and others who placed orders a month or two already have build and delivery dates?!

I doubt that is the reason. Mine was ordered in Oct with BL and CF and was but 11-29. I’m guessing it may have more to do with the dealer having a clear allotment than anything else.

It has to be more than just that... just glancing at a couple posts above and I see some with both CF and BL's that ordered 1-2 months ago with build dates...

I did order the beadlock-capable wheels, but not the carbon fiber interior accents.

There are a bunch of factors that Ford looks at when pulling orders for build, configuration and options are just one of them.

Got my build / delivery dates today: Week of 2/5 Build and 3/3-3/9 delivery. I ordered 10/9, but dealer was upfront that their allocation wouldn't come in until 1Q 2018

I’m wondering if avalanche will return?

Also if anyone knows the absolute best location to maximize my 2017 trade in I’m willing to drive. Need to plan all this sooner rather than later.
