For the few times (probably 4-6 times a year traveling 100 miles each trip) will the HD stiffness outweight the benefit of mostly not pulling a trailer and having an empty bed or are the HD springs not that noticeable.

Also considering a RPG bumpstop kit with 4" stops. Better to combine bsk and regular +2 deavers to get the best of both worlds.

Thanks.

Who is suggesting Bump Stops will help with towing and why?

Bump stops for towing are so hot right now. My buddy was able to triple his payload capacity! We're still waiting to hear from the doctor but if that other guy pulls through then we'll have 0 casualties.

HD Deavers should still give a better ride day to day since they're progressive.

I'd like to hear what the Bump Stop manufacturers say about using their products for towing.

If you know of any posts by those companies regarding using Bump Stops for towing please post them. Thanks

edit: sorry I just read your post again. I am not sure what fox etc.. say about it.

It would be nice if someone made a long travel airbag kit like carli.

Great information, Thanks for sharing. Would you think the Deavers reduce the off road suspension in any form?

If not, then I'm completely sold.

Thanks again!

Call them. I talked with Fox a month ago and their reply was that Cory @ RPG knows their products better than they do and to follow whatever advice RPG gives.

Unfortunately, RPG would never return my calls so I'm waiting for the Icon system to come out.
