Hello everyone I like to hear everyone's thoughts on these 2 vehicles? I'm not the crazy off road guy.. Atleast not yet.

Perhaps hitting some dirt here and there mainly I'm on road kind of guy.. I do love that sound of the v8 though.. So should I get thr Shelby instead of the Raptor?

Gosh I'm really confused and new to the truck world. A bit of fyi I'm the sport car guy and this is my first truck.

Help?

As previously mentioned, most Raptors never see dirt, which is fine by me- it's your truck. But for me, what I buy I use as intended. So my Raptor saw it's share of dirt. You say your are not a dirt guy, so why deal with the width issues of the Raptor? Get the "pavement" F150 .

Most Raptors don't see dirt? Really?

I'm trying to get to know the truck world. I never have a truck before... My cars are usually sports cars and stuff but every time i see a Raptor park (gen 1) I had to look and admire iit. Perhaps it is the v8 that got my attention? I don't know... Once I got to wanting to order the Raptor the new one doesn't have the v8.. So thats why I'm leaning toward the Shelby.. however Raptor is a Raptor lol

What is that?

Rogue racing is an off road parts manufacturer and I thought the Shelby baja 700 was equipped with upgraded rogue suspension. If that is the case, then I don't see how the raptor would be any better except for looks and price.

Update: The previous Shelby baja 700 based on the 12th gen f150 is equipped with upgraded rogue suspension. The new Shelby baja 750 based on the 13th gen f150 is equipped with a lift and smaller shocks. Therefore, the new Shelby baja 750 will not perform as well off road. You noted that you are not very into off road however you will certainly notice the difference no matter how hard you drive it. If that isn't very important to you, the Shelby will be faster on road and have different looks and feel at a higher price. It all depends on your priorities.
