So I'm still not seeing anybody else with this problem and I can't get any warranty coverage for repairing this. Cost is quite a bit more then I though for repair. Looks like I could get Line-X to repair the damage section and coat the underside to prevent anymore lifting, but I'm guessing you would visually see the old and new along the side. Cost is $350, $550 for recoating. Rockguard spray is about the same price.

Any suggestions?

Does anyone know if this is a powdercoating or bedliner type coating?

I'm leaning towards repair since the rest is in awesome shape. Just will have to check on how they warranty.

Happened on my 2014. Yours is worse than mine. But I used gorilla glue to fix the lifting. And then i used 3m professional undercoating spray to fix the side and underside. Eventually i will probably have my running boards linex'd. But it actually looks good right now with my fix.

Look up Raptor Liner. It's what I used on my inner fenders. Great stuff. I think the kit, including a gun, is around $140.00.

Good luck!!!

Saw this product a while back. Curious to know how it compares to Line-X or even Line-X Premium. Want to do my flares and bumpers.

I used the same thing on my inner fenders as well. Done it about 6 months ago and still looks great. You can find the complete kit on ebay for about $115. Supposedly it's enough to do a complete bed, but I put it on thicker than what's recommended. Took about 2 bottles to do the inners.

I did three coats, each about 70% coverage, on both sides of my inner liners and inside of my fenders. When I installed the inner liners, I swear you could have stood on them!!! Tap on the fenders and they sound like steel. Stuff really adds some strength to the fiberglass......

Is the stuff you used? Was thinking of something like this.
