Wow, aren't you that guy who went on a posting tirade trashing Roush in any thread you could revive or jump in? Anyways to counter that statement, I just had the stock tensioner pulley fail and snap right off of my truck while I was driving I'm town. The crappy pulley then got swung around my engine bay before finally falling out and ending up on the side of the road. Before it did that it managed to rip off the power steering fluid line, hit the top of the oil cooler housing with force creating a pinhole and cracking it. Also it naturally shredded my belts. Now my truck was left immobilized, called Ford Roadside assistance who then had my truck brought to the nearest dealer. The techs looked at everything and naturally made the decision my extended warranty with Ford wouldn't be coming into play with this at all..big surprise. .not. So that's when my 3 year 36k mile Roush warranty came into play. Roush was sent all Infor about the incident and pictures along with that. They then got in contact with the Ford service rep and told them to ordee all the parts needed to repair the truck except for the tensioner pulley since they would be sending one out from their end along with a new belt, they next day aired the parts to the dealer. The dealer installed everything and Roush paid for the Ford parts and all labor without any fuss and no questions asked even the Ford Service mamager mentioned how smooth and professional the Roush reps were. My truck was good to go and back on the road within 3 days. And it didn't cost me a dime. Bottom line Roush is one of best aftermarket companies I've dealt with and I couldn't ask for a better experiance with them and their products and services. Roush all the way.:head3:
